When a customer enquires about a specific product, DORNAS locates the manufacturer of the required product, audits the factory, negotiates the terms of supply and, if necessary, delivers samples to the customer. DORNAS then concludes the supply contract on behalf of the customer, makes the payments, controls the quality of the goods, organises delivery to Europe, clears customs and delivers them to the customer's warehouse.
The company declares and promotes to its customers the advantages and convenience of "white" delivery, with all the necessary legal documentation in place.
